Cancellation Policy
Deposit
All services require a card on file in order to book an appointment. A deposit is required for all full sets & Massage, that will go toward your service at check out for new clients only. How ever if you are prone to being late and or canceling your appointment you are subject to a deposit to book an appointment.
Cancellations
I am understanding that things happen, Cancellations are nonnegotiable & non refundable. Anything less than 24 hours / same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service.
No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service. Cancellations Before the 24 hours may reschedule their appointment, a second reschedule will require a deposit.
Late Policy
I have a 10 minute grace period. After the 10 minutes you will need to Reschedule your appointment and your card on file will be charged 50% of the service.
How to prepare for your appointment
Avoid caffeine 4 hours prior to your appointment. I recommend bringing head phones, dress comfortably. Come with clean lashes free of lash glue & mascara. Do not wear your contacts to your appointment, if need be you can take your contacts off once you have arrived. Please no extra guest. Silence phone during appointment.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds of any kind. Products were used during the service and you paid for my time. If you are experiencing any issues such as an allergic reaction, a lot of fall out, and or other contraindications ext. with your lashes please contact me within 48 hours and I will make accommodations to you fix your lashes. This is nonnegotiable.
However if a removal is required, it will be free of charge.
Please note that if you are experiencing an allergic reaction, I would advice you to consult with your dr.
